Some countries have been encouraging booster shots while developing countries are well behind in their vaccination efforts.

Another point: several countries in Africa volunteer their data for the good of the entire world while others don’t (and don’t suffer travel restrictions).
It was challenging to comprehend and extract the vocabulary so I used ‘Translate by voice’ a few times.

Above he made a very good point but many countries panic or take measures to appease the public. To say the least, to get through this pandemic we need to work together.
